Because, if so, while it's a giant hassle, it's not a bad deal as far as free new Fitbit goes anyway.<br /><br />I'm sorry for your friend. It's so difficult to know someone you care about it hurting and there's nothing you can do. Don't underestimate the fact that they are, at least, willing to use you as an ear.
