Today is WWW Wednesday
To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
My answers:
What am I currently reading?
After consecutively reading some WWII historical fiction books, I opted for some light-hearted chick-lit. "Perfect Timing" by Jill Mansell. I've had this on my Nook for quite a while, in fact, I believe I got it either as a FREE FRIDAY read or for .99!! Love those. I am really enjoying it and can't wait to pick it up everyday after school. And doesn't she have the most beautiful book covers?!
What did I recently finish reading?
"A Parachute in a Lime Tree" by Annemarie Neary. With a title like that, how could I not read it. My favorite genre of WWII historical fiction. A short and enjoyable book.
What do I think I'll read next?
This is always a struggle for me. So many good books, so little time. I just picked up a few Nook books for $2.99 each (great deal!) so I have plenty to choose from...it's just making the decision that's the hard part.
I think I'll go with "The Ninth Wife" by Amy Stolls. This is one of the $2.99 deals and it was already on my "to read" list. I love when that happens!!
I am also somewhat anxious to read "The $100 Startup: Reinvent the Way You Make a Living, Do What You Love, and Create a New Future" by Chris Guillebeau so maybe I'll pick it up soon so I can check it out. I've heard great things about it and I'm all for working for myself and doing things differently. The author is touring right now but like most authors, not stepping foot in the state of TN...I'm sure there are statistics that reflect high levels of illiteracy around here, and then there are the moonshine manufacturers. 'Nuff said.

The $100 Startup has peaked my interest. Oh, how I'd love to work for myself full-time.
I love Jill Mansell's books, they're just the right kind of chick lit for me. And the price was right for my Nook!
I haven’t heard of any of these books but they sound interesting! :)

I have not read any of Jill Mansell''s books yet although I do love her covers too. And I am pretty sure I have some of her books on my Kindle. And I had totally forgotten about The Ninth Wife. I have been wanting to read it - thanks for the reminder. :^)
Thanks for stopping by The Book Bag this week.
