**a little different spin on my usual "currently" posts**
today, I..."walked" what should be the equivalent to a 1/2 marathon on crutches...in other words...not as far, but it sure felt like it since I was on crutches.
today, I...had a physical therapy appointment & my 1st post-op appointment from knee surgery. All going well.
today, I...enjoyed having lunch on my own at the hospital between my PT and doctor appointments.
today, I...received a text message from my doctor which included TWO pictures he took DURING my surgery. Ewwww!! But yet, so neat to see.
today, I...spent a couple hours with a sweet friend, who I also work for part-time. Always good to have "girl-time"
today, I... managed to put in a load of laundry all on my own...thanks to the handy push-scooter-thingee my mom loaned me.
today, I...rode around Kroger in one of the handicapped carts...and thoroughly enjoyed it.
today, I...made Ethan an appointment with my Ortho doc since his foot problem has flared up in past few days.
today, I...watched Despicable Me 2 for the 2nd time in as many days. Good thing I enjoy the movie.
today, I...have completely worn out my triceps...ugh, crutches.
today, I...am surprised to say that I felt pretty happy & really enjoyed my day...crutches & all.

I used those in-store scooters a few times when I was pregnant, it was fun!
It's good to hear that things are progressing well with your knee - apart from the crutches. Stay positive.
