Disclaimer: I tried & tried to come up with some fun & positive things to write about, but alas I fail there once again. So here is a list of some recent things that really annoy me...most of which are not life altering in any way, shape or form...
~i am annoyed when a particular friend who is a stay@home mom recently tells me that being @ home or a working mother are equally challenging and then posts on her Facebook how she enjoyed a 3 hour nap yesterday. WTF? I don't get to take a 3 hour nap when I'm at work. equally challenging my a$$!!
~i am annoyed by the frenzy that the stupid media is causing about all this H1N1 hullabaloo. so much so that I was treated like I had the plague when I came into work last week for a whopping 6 hours. and I wasn't contagious AT ALL. nor did I have the Flu.
~i was really annoyed when my own mother would not take me to the student health center last week because she feared catching something prior to her departure for Hawaii.
~i was annoyed when a family member sent me an email that should have gone directly to O, thereby leaving me to be the messenger...you know...the one that gets SHOT. nice.
~i am annoyed that because I allow my cats free range in the house, Milo chose to walk on my pillow while I slept on Sunday night & as I went to push him off the bed, he used my face, right below my eye, to brace himself...and he has back claws. now i'm sporting a nice gash under my right eye...looks beautiful.
~and that is all I am able to muster up for you...I'm sure there are many more things that are annoying me, but my memory is failing me...and well, THAT is annoying. :)

Yup, that's annoying. :) SAHM could be as challenging, I think (I'm not one so I wouldn't know) but only if one is actually working and not sleeping. About as nice as the coworker (who has no kids) telling me that being a working mother is "cruel and neglectful". Uh, huh.
Hope you're feeling better. ;)
Wow, you have a lot to be annoyed about. I have a friend like yours "oh, being a stay at home mom is so hard" and she's still saying it now that her son's in school every day! WTH? You just want to yell at them - try working for a living (and going to school) and then tell me how stressful life is...
Sara-yes, very annoying!! Nasty coworker too!
T&D Girl: some people are just clueless!!
oh my goodness!! I may be a bit behind but I absolutely LOVE your new header and background. SO cute!
On your post...I'm so sorry about all of that. I would be annoyed by those things too. I hope your eye heals up quick!
Well, I must say that I sometimes nap for 30-60 minutes in the morning, depending on how long my girls nap, but that's usually on the days where one of them was up for 2 hours in the middle of the night. So I think that counts as replenishing!
I meant the "replenishing" as in, I'm not sitting around having a leisurely nap because I have nothing else to do. A lot probably depends on the involvement of your spouse and the child. If I had only Gabrielle, it'd be a total cakewalk! Julia. . .when she was at her colicky worst I sometimes wished I had a job just to get away from her for a bit.
But it's really a pointless discussion, it's just a way for men to pit us against each other!
Amy-I knew what you meant but I don't think it's MEN pitting WOMEN against each other, it's the 2 groups of Women doing it to each other.
You are amazing that you work, take care of E, and go to school full-time. It takes so much to juggle all of those things and not get a three-hour nap in the middle of it all.
It sounds like SOMEONE needs a glass of wine and a stress-free night!!!
I could list the things that annoy me, but I don't think that it would all fit on my blog!
