~we tried out the bike trailer this afternoon.
~let me just say we didn't go to far, although it wasn't just me that wanted to quit. E started fussing after a little while....not sure why though, heck he wasn't doing any of the work.
~i haven't ridden my bike in more than 2 years. add 25lbs for the trailer and another 25 for E and well, the slight uphills felt like steep hills to me. talk about burn.
~and I thought I had a lot of work to do on the running. ha. need to get bicycling much more too!

I miss my bike! It's stuck at my mom's house back home. I'm kicking myself for not taking it when she still lived in Mass near us, but I had nowhere to keep it then and couldn't have predicted that we'd move to California where we have a spacious garage and perfect bike weather every day. Oh well.
First of all--OMG. Those pictures are TOO CUTE! E is the most adorable little boy I have ever seen! (I can see how the weaning would be difficult).
And I feel your biking pain. I feel like I can run and it hurts, but I run. I biked 8 miles today. And.I.Ached. the entire freakin' way! LOL
that is awesome! What a good way to cross train and give the little guy a fun ride in the meantime.
...I need to get the bike out this week. Maybe Tuesday after work...
I'm so jealous. I always wanted to get one of those for my son when he was little....now he's too big :-(
Do you think my high school or college aged sons would ride? It sounds like fun! Your legs are going to be super woman strong!
Maybe you need to install a DVD player back there for E, it's what all the hip parents are doing! ;)
Looks like fun though. Enjoy your killer cross training work outs!
i am sure you two will enjoy this bike riding, at your work out too as well,E is super cute.kisses and hugs to him.
Wow, that looks really neat! And what a great workout! I am sure E will get use to it before long.
I absolutely LOVE your minis new look!!!
It seems so romantic when other people do it, doesn't it? I got a trail- a- bike on craig's list, and I used it about a dozen times. Just too darn hard.
Oooh well done! He'll get used to it, as will you I'm sure. Great pictures! x
My son loves the bike trailer, but I make the husband pull it.
My friend uses one of those for his doggie...she loves it!
I'm sure you and E will both get used to it.
What a fun thing for the two of you to do together!
