Ha. Apparently not me since I am a week late answering this post. =P
To me, a good friend is...
...someone you can be yourself with, without fear of judgment.
...someone who *listens* when you talk.
...someone who accepts you for who you are, not who they think you should be.
...someone who is *there* for you when you need them most, no questions asked.
...someone with whom you can laugh til your stomach hurts & you can't breathe & you're afraid you might *really* pee your pants.
...someone who is honest with you but understands that honesty does not have to be harsh or critical, but that it can be gentle when necessary.
...someone you can talk to everyday or not talk to for two months & either way, you can pick up right where you left off.
