Wake up between 730-745am to Milo's "screaming" at me. Grumble, moan & complain about having to wake up. Bathroom. Stumble to office. Turn on computer & The Today Show. Start working. I usually hit the shower around 10am or so.
What's your bedtime routine?
Put on PJs. Get in bed. Fall asleep. Pretty simple.

Being pessimistic (if I had a dollar for every time I heard that...) I call it being REALISTIC.
